Justin Blaney is a serial entrepreneur and host of multiple webshows that are viewed by more than 100,000 really cool people each month. He founded two organizations, Innovate 4 Jesus and Jungyl, both of which help business people and pastors around the world through the passing of innovations and best practices from one generation to the next. Justin also created the musician’s social media site, Zoxsy.com, which connects 30,000 musicians to record labels, publishers, and opportunities in the music industry.  He lives with his wife and three daughters within a few hours flight of nearly any major city in the continental United States (specifically, Seattle). Chris Mavity

Chris Mavity is a ministry veteran of 22 years. He joined the leadership staff at North Coast Church in 1997. He has been instrumental in the continued development of North Coast’s Sermon–Based Small Group ministry; serving 5 years as the lead pastor of that ministry. This vital network of home fellowships is the hub of the ministry at North Coast and is the place where the average weekend crowd of 7,000 becomes a church. The small group ministry of North Coast serves more than 80% of our adult attendees on a weekly basis. Chris also created the first North Coast “Video Worship Venue” a preferred worship environment that spawned the Multi-Site ministry movement that has spread across the country. North Coast now has 23 different worship options spread over 4 campuses.

Larry Osborne:

Larry Osborne has served as a Senior Pastor and Teaching Pastor at North Coast Church since 1980. He has helped oversee the growth of the church from a fledgling group of 128 meeting in a rented school, to a multi-site ministry that reaches nearly 7,000 in weekend attendance.
Larry is also an author and a nationally recognized trainer of pastors. His books include Sticky Church: Slamming the Back Door Shut, 10 Dumb Things Smart Christians Believe, Spirituality For the Rest of Us and The Unity Factor: Developing A Healthy Leadership Team. He travels extensively speaking at conferences and mentoring pastors and church planters across the country. His latest book, Sticky Teams, was released by Zondervan in April 2010.
